I'm here to ask for your help. We were patient to so called hogosha family "Avengers" but today they crossed line.
One of the members of that family was suspected in crime against our mighty empire, and was ordered to follow us to Fuchu for further investigation, but failed to comply even with simply orders such as "stay right there".
After some time we got tired from his ignorance, and gave him last chance. Even after that he failed to comply and we were forced to use power.
Unexpected he opened fire on us, and when he took some damage even docked with Shinagawa. I'm sure they didn't expect to see such guest.
What I'm asking are:
1) Raids on all hogosha instalation. We must not let them escape.
2) Our agents will take part in this operation. Still it's your job, but we want to know all news on this case.
3) Do not touch other families, I'm sure they mustn't be treated like this traitors.

Thank you for bringing this recent event to our attention. We have spent the last few weeks conducting investigations into the "Avengers" organization, and this attack seems to be the final pebble that will cause an avalanche.
We will begin our moves against this family as soon as possible. In the interests of safety and operational security however, we must insist on certain things.
First, the Kusari State Police will handle all groundside and station-borne operations against the Avengers organization. This is for the safety of both our officers and yours. If heavy spacecraft support is deemed necessary, we may ask for your assistance there. There must be no KNF interference regarding the groundside raids however. Our teams have specialist training in these operations, and yours do not.
Second, Naval Forces investigators will of course be allowed access to the raid locations, but only after they have been cleared and any criminals placed into custody. In addition, KNF investigators at the sites will be accompanied at all time by KSP detectives. This is to ensure that proper police procedures are followed at all times, and no evidence is unwittingly tampered with or destroyed.
As for your third request, I am unsure as to why you are making it. The investigation will be pursued fully, and if these activities and influences have spread into other families, we will of course extend our reach there as well. To not do so would be a gross failure of duty and professionalism. If the roots of this family have intertwined with the roots of another family, we will cut down the diseased trees, sparing what innocent seeds there might be.
The cases will be tried in the Imperial Courts of course, as befitting those who would attack samurai. I believe you are familiar with the proceedings there so further elaboration is unnecessary.
Remember Chujo, as you correctly stated this is an internal matter, and therefore a KSP matter. We appreciate your concern, but do not impose yourselves. We will ask for your help if it is needed.
