Does the WoT gold system take an allotted amount of time before being transferred to your account or is it instant?

When ever i get gold i use debit, and it is pretty much instant. As soon as i close transaction screen and get back into game i have the gold sitting there. Mind you i only buy $15.00 a month for prem, so the higher gold buys may take longer to confirm.
I unlocked the T25/2 but still considering getting it. It bothers me that it has same gun as lower tier, and no 105MM like the T25 had. Almost like they rushed out the US second TD line and forgot the 105, and instead of saying "oops we blundered here it is" they decided "screw it, we forgot, but you still do not get it" . The T25/2 needs a bigger gun IMO. For its tier it has the smallest gun of all other TDs of same tier.

I've been playing around with it, and its not a terrible tank, but its not a good one either. It handles like a fat M10. Its cannon is decent and an ok rate of fire for the tier but my shots and cutting it against tier VI mediums. But it loves tracking heavy tanks in one hit, so I relegate myself to a support destroyer.
This tank cannot brawl, it cannot flank, its too slow. At least on stock, not got any upgrades yet.:(
