I'm here to complain aginst the most unjust treatment of Junkers in your House. Today as I was simply passing through to Bretionia, enjoying the Jumpgates along the way, I was stopped by a miltary ship. This ship informed me that the so-called 'Pilgrim Liner' is illegal! I ask you how such random patched up ships from various differing designs is refused passage? I also find the largely mislabeled name "Slave Liner" Offensive! I've never dealt in slaves in my entire life!
And on top of this, your man insisted that not only must I leave Rheinland, but must depart to Bering or Hudson. These system are in the middle of the war you have with Liberty! And you shove us out in the line of fire simply because it's the nearest exit? Which also forces be to travel across the border, breaking your precious embargo, to get to where I wanted to go!
Not only are you prosecuting simple transport captains because they could only afford run down refitted old junk liners but you are procceding to throw us in the line of fire!
I ask, no, Demand! that you remove this restriction made unjustly against the poor and the weak! Our lives are hard enough as it is without having to be harrasses further!

The Miliray concerns itself with enforcing the State's policies, not creating them. Your demand would be better directed to the Rheinland Bundestag in the form of an official complaint for a non Rheinlandic entity (unless you happen to be a Rheinland citizen by birth.) All I can say that as long as its against Rheinland law to fly Pilgrim class liners under a junker flag in Rheinland controlled space, the Military will enforce it.

§1.4. The regulation is to last until 1st January 820 AS, unless the need of a change is pronounced by the Bundestag or the Chancellor.
