1. It is Pirate line ships, designed by Rogues. Criminals of Liberty. Enemies of Liberty.
2. It's logical and grounded.
3. Bribe each lawful to not shoot you. Maybe.

1.It's a (Duh) pirate ship.
2.It's GOOD.
3.Open comm channel thread.Explain why you want to fly the ship in Liberty.Why you deserve this special treatment.Why you cannot use other ships.Etc.Etc.
Think of these few main points and you will probably be declared a lawful Pirate train/transport.

Pirate train and pirate transport are usually flown by unlawfuls who use them for illegal purposes. So a blanket ban is logical and understandable.
Try to bribe your way out or negotiate with the government, but I doubt they'd let you fly it in Liberty unless you have a very good reason.

1. As Snak3 said, it's made by group which is hostile to liberty, by using it you financialy support them.

would want to. but every trade faction i have read about dont mention things like the %tage wich they get if i deliver oh and some have questions like hisotry or things like that.
now i aint that great of a rolleplayer.
want to learn but somehow those basics wont work for me.
