Hello my name is Dr. Clark Warrell a Scientist and teacher of sorts, may i start by frist thanking you for taking the time to read my letter and know that i have nothing but respect members of the Bretonia Goverment. As i said i am a teacher and am going to be starting a small school with class's in things such as law , history and politics. nothing offical yet but i have wrighten a small test on the laws of the Bretonia Goverment and in a effort to become more offical and credible i would like the BAF or the BPA or both. to sign off on the test as being correct and a good way to prove poeple know Bretonian Laws. So if you can get back to me and let me know where i can send that test for such approvel that would be great as i will not send it over open comms for fear of cheating from posable future students and members of the University.
here is a little info about the school.

1. provide the opertunity for all humanity to have a higher education
2.to support peace in all of sirius
3. find and exploit Alien technology for the beneifit of all mankind
4. to study the nomad threat
5.to do what we can to save human lifes from war and other threats to humanity

Your message just landed on my desk, the secretary said it was mildly important, and im not normally one to argue with him, so I will answer this now.
Places of learning are and always will be one of Bretonia's outstanding strengths and qualities over the other houses of sirius, and as such we take very seriously everything that is taught to our young and upcoming students, of all ages.
Now lets get to the point, talking about or even mentioning aliens within a message to the authorities is not a good way to get your future off to a shining start in Bretonia, and infact is more likley to get you closed down faster than you can say Newgate. Hope im making sense to you here sir.
Your primary goal to create a higher learning environment for the entire of sirius is a noble one however, you are just one man and maybe you are setting your sights too far into the future, it takes a long time to get a reputation in Bretonia for being a school of excelence, Simply because we have Cambridge, an entire planet dedicated to a thriving and complex learning environment. Striving forwards our vision, insight and wisdom of the universe, in search for more knowledge. Making other competitors over shadowed by the Queens acadamy there.
your second goal is, I will be honest with you, very Naive... of course it is any mans dream that peace in the whole of sirius would be a fantastic acheivement, but look at our history, Dr Clark. Take a look at human history, we are the way we are Dr Clark and it will never change, im sorry to say. I dont believe I want people teaching my children old or young that the world and universe is all lovely, full of flowers and pretty little ponies with glowing wings and everyone has a halo. Because, this just simply isnt true at all and never will be true, The Crime rate on planet New London has risen recently, the crime rates in bretonia as a whole you dont even want to see the figures. Space is deseased and dangerous after darkness and silence, anyone wanting to go out into the real world and make it on their own has to know what to expect, and welcomely open arms, hugs and kisses, arent three of the things you will find.
Now, your third point, is where it gets troubling and will be honest with you ive never seen an alien, and im not likley to believe anything to do with 'invaders from outer space' anytime soon, im seen too many movie flicks with my kids to believe such hogwash, some fanatics even have gone as far as to obtain weapons of startiling power, just in the hopes of being able to 'save humanity' they call themselves the 'order' and are not welcome in Bretonia.
So, the police has heard your message, and until you agree that not only do aliens not exist, there is no proof of them ever existing, and hence forth will not be attempting to brainwash Bretonian children and young adults with your garbage, we will not be giving you any such recommendation for approval of your school.
