In Soviet Disco, you ban the moderator if he does that.
While there is the Faction Leader me, that fights hand tooth and nail for my faction (as a faction leader should do) there is the new, slightly greenish, but still epically handsome Moderator, who has a responsibility to you, the players.
One does not contravene the other.
