Before I bore you with idle chit chat, allow me to get down to business, as it were. I have been hearing rumors floating about for quite some time, that you Rogues have a bit of a problem with all sorts of riff-raff making a mess of things down in Liberty. These ruffians I hear, are bunches of "independent" pirates going around and scooping up the spoils from your normal targets of business, leaving nothing but a hunk of scrap metal that you end up having to clean up after the slobs. If this is perhaps true, then I have a bit of a question to ask. Would you Rogues mind if I took the liberty of cleaning up the place for you? Of all those independent pirates, I mean. I figured it's the least I can do for you guys, seeing as how the Rogues and the Golden Chrysanthemums have had pleasant run-ins in the past. As a Freelancer mainly under the employ of the Sisterhood up here in Kusari, I feel that I could be of at least moderate aid to the Golden Girl's Libertonian counterparts! Should you happen to take me up on my offer to oust some of your competition, then me and my Blossom shall make preparations for a trip down to Liberty! I may even bring out my Orchid if things look a bit heavier than I had forseen, though that is entirely up to you guys. If however you have something else in mind as far as helping out goes, then feel free to suggest something! If nothing else, then I hope this message finds you all well!
