There might be a way to do something silly, but I don't know if it works for this faction.
For some factions, you can buy a Miner ID which will repninja you hostile the the normal faction. However, the repninja will not make you hostile to the guard faction. You might be able to go to Freeport 9 or something with a Miner ID and bribe repeatedly to get the guard rep, but on the other hand, the Red Hessians might be too anti-Miner for the Miner ID to have that exception.
