I've been getting word that an old, 'friend' that was causing issues in Rheinland is now openly attacking IMG ships up in the Tau systems. I'm talking about Rip.Red.Rorry , his name is John Roary Santiago, a former Corsair now hell bent on getting as much power as he can. I was wondering why his operations in Rheinland all the sudden stopped and now I know why.
He was down here to prove his worth to The Hessians and other Corsairs, I can only imagine he's in the Tau systems to gain favor with either the Outcasts or any other high profile illegal operations in that area to gain more favors.
I'm warning you not to underestimate this man, he is determined and focused and a skilled combatant. He will manipulate and negotiate right up to the point where he will blow you away. I hope that some of your Colonials are keeping an eye on him and his men. I'm transmitting all we know about him and his cohorts. I hope this helps.

One more thing, he's after something and I don't know what. But he's made inquiries and tossed a lot of money around to look for alien artifacts. I have no idea what he intends to do, but its all towards one goal. I just don't know what that is yet.
