Good Day, My name is David Rhodes, Executive Vice President of Sea Spirit Trading & Leasing.

First, you should know we do business mainly in the Houses of Bretonia and Rheinland, and our main hauling interest is Ore. While we also trade in various other commodities, this is the item with which we specialise in, and have a fleet of both mining and hauling vessels under our flag, with pilots and crews in lease to our company. The pilots and crews we have at our disposal for this task are very skilled and have performed exemplary in pushing our company to greater and greater heights of profitability.

In our success, we have suffered setbacks, through the poaching of our ships by malcontents and criminals. Our security force is one of the best armed and equipped for such a burgeoning corporation as ours is, as we have had to use much of our funds to enter into a veritable arms race against these criminals, so intent that they are.

This little background brings me to our offer.

We would like to enter into an Contract Partnership with OSI Amalgamated, to provide mining vessels and pilots, on demand, to mine ore for OSI Registered Transport Vessels.

The Ore can then be transported to any destination you wish, and sold at any price negotiated.

Sea Spirit Trading & Leasing would offer a flat 50% cut of the Ore Sale to be split between both the OSI Hauling Vessel, and the Sea Spirit Mining Vessel, at which point, the leased mining vessel will abide by its lease contract with the percentage coming to our company.

This Contract would offer us the opportunity to move more commodity, faster, and thus, increase our profits considerably.

Our primary Ore specialty is Niobium, with which we mine out of Leeds. We also mine Beryllium out of Cambridge, and Cobalt out of Omega 7.

It gives access to OSI Amalgamated a commodity with which they currently do not have access to, and stands to increase OSI's profits considerably.

While both of these points are valid, and both corporations stand to make considerable profit from it - we would ask something further.

As I have mentioned, our troubles with predation on our business interests has been considerable, and OSI Transport Vessels may stand to become targets by offering to haul ore for us.

So, in order to better protect OSI Vessels as well as our own, we would ask for the right to license and purchase, at a price of your choosing, 12 ZT-9 Gunboat Class Turrets to outfit our security vessels. As said, this will better protect both of our interests in this deal.

We hope that you find this offer acceptable, and look forward to a favorable response.

Thank you for your time.

Signed-
David Rhodes

Mr. Rhodes,

My sincerest apologies for the delay in responding to your proposition. Given recent events, the Industries Board and Supply Incorporated advisory commission have all been preoccupied with other, significantly more urgent, matters. Of course, I do send this message to you now in order to begin negotiations.

We recognize the desire for stepping up security around your operations. The ZT-9s tend to be an exceptionally popular choice, but we're rarely willing to give them to non-Zoner parties due to obvious diplomatic reasons. This being our first communication, I'd much prefer that we build a little trust before I send the order to Cornucopia Manufacturing for them.

Obtaining a supply source for Cobalt Ore, should your company prove to be reliable, would be one of great asset to us, as that's currently not a commodity we have access to. Additional lines for Beryllium and Niobium never hurt, of course. And we can certainly agree to the 50/50 split on what ore we do move of yours.

To the conditions. We could process an order for 6 ZT-9s for you immediately, pursuant to your agreement of course. For the remaining six, we'd like to put into effect the ore partnership. Following the reported mining and delivery of 14,000 units of any of the three ores, with which we enact the 50/50 profit split of course, you'll be clear to obtain the last order of gunboat turrets. I do this in order to build trust between our two organizations and to understand the men and women we're working with before we arm your craft. I do hope that you see this as a fair arrangement.

Of course, in addition to the signing of the contract, I assume we're going to need a shared communication channel and reporting database. Ideally, we'd like to use the existing OSI Network, but we can hash out those details once we get there.

I shall await your reply.

Kindest Regards,
Gheis Mace

Mr. Mace

We are pleased to say, we had the opportunity to work with one of your transports, the OSI-Penumbra.
As we promised, we RV'd in the Leeds system, and while one of our licensed miners filled the transport up with our customary efficiency, I watched over the operation from one of our Explorer Class gunboats, the Sea}{Wolf.

We had no pirate incursions, and the whole operation was smooth and efficient.

As per the arrangement, we would like to setup an order for the first six ZT-9's

In order to better facilitate mining operations on call for OSI transports, you will be receiving a data packet with S.K.Y.P.3. communication protocols.

We look forward to future operations.

Thank you for your time.

Mr. Rhodes,

Splendid to hear that everything's been running smoothly. As per the agreement, the order's been sent to CM and we can have it delivered either to Corfu Base or Ames Station as per your choice. Our pilots have been reporting on the company network, and as soon as I see the ore quota filled, I'll send word to CM to release the last six.

Pleasure doing business, Mr. Rhodes. May the future hold to the promise of today.

Regards,
Gheis Mace
