In light of your current situation with Rheinland, we would like to offer assistance with your war efforts.
Deep Space Engineering is able to assist with the transportation of displaced people, both for local and outer-house relocation. In our opinion, local relocation would be preferred, as this will prevent major disruption of their day to day lives, and we would hope they will be able to be relocated back to their homes at some point in the near future. If this is not possible, as you know, Planet Pittsburgh is a major port for the relocation of displaced people, where we offer accommodation, medical care, employment, resettlement visa assistance, and counselling if required.
We are also able to provide scrap metal for conversion into war materials, this will be delivered to Bretonia on a weekly basis, each piece of scrap metal will be looked over by a group of scientists on our mobile refinery to ensure the radiation has been completely removed, and then transport vessels will be used to transport this to the nearest depot, BPA Newgate. We are also able to provide light arms if this is required.
For this cargo, and the transporting of displaced people, I would like to request permissions to use an escort fleet; as this cargo falling into the wrong hands may be disastrous, and as you know Rheinland does occasionally have some troubles identifying aid vessels. The escort fleet will consist of the following ships, depending on the threat level:
- Wasupu
- Anki
- Liberator
- Havoc
- Liberty Gunboat
- Five Repair Ships
- One Stork.

Moving the Zoners and Bretonian personnel on that station further into Bretonia, to Planet Cambridge, would be helpful. We can process them there and arrange for their transport to the destination of their choosing.
The fleet support ships will also be very useful for Liberty and Bretonian capital ship operations.
