Greetings Bretonians and Rheinlanders.


The Independent Miners Guild carefully observed how things escalated and evolved into a conflict. Our wish is to stop this conflict before it is too late.


In order to make that wish, a reality, we would like to propose a peace treaty based on mutual respect. However, before we enlist the details of our proposition, we would like to know if the Kingdom of Bretonia and the Federal Republic of Rheinland are willing to enter negotiations.


Last but not least, the Gas Miners Guild and the Freeport 1 Zoners, two neutral entities which also retain their own interests in this region have already reviewed the first draft of our proposition and we believe that they support our course of action.

As you know, so far Bretonia has taken no action except to protect our own space. We did not declare war, de-facto or straight. Nor have I ever refused to enter into negotiations with any entity. Also as you know well. In fact, this situation has arisen because of Rheinland's lack of willingness to enter into negotiations, not us.
