If you want to get rich in Disco you will have no problem with that, but if you want to have low level char it is nearly impossible, i tried it once on PTC(you get Civilian shuttle as a starting ship there) i bought a Starflier with most basic equipment(2 justice mk1, drone mine, cm dropper, thruster and lvl 1 shield) and i transfered all usurps credits save for 10k to my trading ship, the idea was to take low yield missions and some scrap mining like when you are starting out in SP, soon i found out that i am gaining credits far too fast, i would take 2k mission and the ejected pilots would quadriple it wherever i would sell them, i would mine scrap metal in Pittsburgh debris field but planet Pittsburgh is now paying 500 per unit, and before i knew it i had 100k, it seems that the only way to keep low credit count in disco is to keep transferring your credits out.

That still eliminates mining and fighting(by the way, did i mention how good it feels to beat rogue patrol in Starflier, especially on the server where sighting a fighter is equally regular as sighting a sasquach).

I had a bum-pirate. I won't say he didn't have AU8, but he was made hostile to -everyone-, so he literally lived in space.
His usual demand was like 'Me wants 500.000 money, 34 bots, 51 bats and all the TCDs ya 'ave!'

He used it to clean his records, get a new ID, and he joined the LPI. Sadly poor Bo died in liver-overdoughnuting.

I was waiting for that question, at that point i already had trader with about 500mil and all classes of ship ranging from Avenger to LSC, and i wanted a char with which i could take a break from all that rich stuff and just role play normal Sirius citizen, something that is cheap to buy and even cheaper to maintain, so i bought this Starflier and named it Buzzing mosquito. And, believe it or not, when i was flaying it somehow i felt whole lot richer knowing that on my other chars i have enough money to buy thousands like this.
