To whom this may concern,

The Independent Miners Guild would like to know if a license is needed to carry the MOX produced at Dortmund out of Rheinland's borders. I've been reviewing what legal documents pertaining Rheinland law I could get my hands on, but could not find anything banning the transportation of this fuel source. Some of our smaller bases in northern Tau space still run on fission reactors, hence a need for this fuel.

Sehr geehrter Herr Sanders,

I can assure, there is currently no such license needed.
If you get the permission from ALG Albfallbeseitigung to transport the MOX, you can do so.
Of course the current embargo rules still applies. Means, passing the Hamburg or Omega-7 borders is not allowed with such cargo.

Thank you for the information. Our current desired route for this cargo takes us through Kusari instead. I am still trying to secure a permit from Kusari authorities as they do have the cargo restricted for export into the Taus.
