I'm trying to move one of my Order fighters to Ryuku Base, but I just realized that I'm hostile with the Blood Dragons. Are there any bribes I can take to raise my Blood Dragon rep or will I have to start shooting Corsairs, Hogosha, and Gaian ships?

Oh well, I didn't agree on this. I'm not the one deciding that kinda' stuff, so. *Shrugs*
Edit: Still, independent Order pilots are excluded of this, mind you.

There is a special magic for such occasions. The elixir is made of:
One character friendly enough with Blood Dragons to grab missions;
A number of those in need of reputation of your choice;
A number of Order Guard IDs, one per an unfriendly character.
You mount Guard ID; the regular Order ID has a rephack to hostile with Dragons. The character friendly with Dragons heads to the station and casts a mission spell. The others catch the little petty Naval Forces ships that appear all around. Then you repeat it until everything is fine.
