To the Elders of Crete,
I will remain unknown for the time being, but rest assured that my opinion is shared by many among our proud population. I call upon you due to a pressing matter: the number of unlicensed and unregistered capital ships has been on the rise as of late. Normally, I would turn a blind eye to this (albeit with slight disgust) should they be put to good use. However, when I witness such idiocy as blind fire on Crete orbit (from which several casualties resulted), I must have words! Especially with an allied guest present!
Something must be done regarding these captains. They show absolutely no respect for the authority of those above them on the chain of command, blatantly ignore orders to fire on enemies and to stop firing at random (see above), and would rather see a brother die at the hands of some unfortunate freelancer than lift a finger to help (if you wish for more information on this point, simply respond to this message).
I realize that you must have received several messages regarding this point, but I fear I must continue to hit on the subject. We are a proud people, and I would not see our proud warrior tradition besmirched by some random pilot who's self-righteous enough to believe a big ship gives him any kind of command.
