"Good evening, I believe it is necessary to inform you about a Freelancer of a suspicious nature. While on Patrol in the Seto System I encountered a Freelancer who began to 'interrogate' me as it were about several politically sensitive subjects concerning the status of Rheinland/Kusari Relations and making obvious attempts to fish for information about my Mission against Bretonia in the Seto system.
After brushing him off he proceeded to trail after me during my patrol in Northern Seto, even when warned to clear off he ignored such orders, his line of questioning along with the various comments and his blatant tracking of my ship leads me to suspect he's either a Bretonian Intelligence Agent or a Freelancer in their employ.
Guncams of the conversation have been recorded and should you grant permission I will relay them on this channel.
