It seems Miss Drum has been acting in a rather irrational way, shooting at the LSF. I would rather this had been reported to me by the LSF themselves, rather than having Commodore Robinson inform me of this. Apologies to agent Jon snow. However at the time of his attempt to arrest Miss Drum, I was emplying her for the duration of a patrol. I was unaware (at the time) of the fact she had previously behaved in an agressive manner to security force personel. I think this would rather emphasise the need for quick and clear communication. The LSF directors were aware of the situation with Drum, and it's rather unusual nature, so logically one would assume any information regarding her behaviour would have been sent in my direction as soon as possible. This didn't seem to happen. On that note, I would like all the details of this sent to me as soon as possible. I'm surprised that deputy director Deus has sent nothing to me, despite the rather clear request I left with agent Snow, to speak with his superiours regarding this situation. Now, as I'm sure you're aware, Miss Drum is a very interesting case. Her brother is currently in the care of the Corona Battlegroup following Miss Drum requesting my help some weeks ago, before she shot at your men. The details of this situation are here. At the time, I warned everyone involved the Drum is an unstable individual, and I urged everyone to treat the situation with a little delicacy. It's something of a shame that now it seems that more heavy handed methods will be required. Miss Drum should be taken into custody. However I would hold off on criminal proceedings for some time, until the CB have resolved the situation with her older brother. Hale out. [font=agency fb]****TRANSMISSION TERMINATED****

Established Subject: Miss Felicia Drum Admiral, It is true that the current situation with Miss Drum has taken an unusual turn. However, let me explain the events to the best of my knowing to help you better ascertain the situation. When the situation was reported to me I've taken the proper steps to inform LN admiralty at once. As you were unreachable at the moment I've received those news, I've informed Commodore Robinson on the Admiralty channel of the situation to which she responded that she would try to enter in contact with you afterward. If I'm accurate, we were able to reach you at one point, but there was probably a neural-net malfunction since communications were unstable. I will also inform Agent Snow of your apology. On an other note, I believe like you that there should be a better communication and transfer of information between both organizations. However, it is not within my capabilities to fully and permanently resolve such issue. After all, LSF reports to the government first and foremost through reports in our neural dumps. The government would need to bring certain modifications to our procedures to correct the situation; I believe this would be a very hard task with possibly severe consequences Anyhow, when I've created the neural dump, I made sure that Navy's admiralty had access to it. My technicians are currently troubleshooting the system to see if there are any bugs that may have prevented your admiralty from accessing those reports directly. Although, they have found nothing so far. As for your concern over the details of the situation not sent to you, we did our best to inform your organization of the risk she is posing as I pointed earlier above. I, however, do not recall entering in contact with Agent Snow. It may have been an oversight from his part as we were involved in an operation against the BDM at the time. I will have to verify with him, but you should be able to see our reports by now. Not only is Drum a very interesting case, but I firmly believe that she is far too volatile to be let free or even alive. On top of that, the attacks she conducted against us prove that we have been lied to when she claimed to a deserter fleeing the Rheinland Military. After all, by common logic, we have to assume that she is still in contact with the Rheinland Government. Simply put: We've been tricked. Now, she has knowledge of us being involved in nomad experiments due to her brother, if it really is her brother. I hope you grasp like me what this means. The Rheinland government is most certainly now aware that we are conducting nomad experiments and could very well use said information against us through propaganda. This time however, they may have some solid proof to back up those claims. I strongly believe that Miss Drum was properly treated by the Liberty authorities until she suddenly rejoined the side of the enemy. Everyone has handled the situation with delicacy before that point; It is by her own choosing that she rejoined the enemy camp. When she was seen acting against my men as well as many NG and secondary Navy pilots, urgency has taken over delicacy. Thus, LSF Christian Deus took the proper step to have her neutralized at all costs. This is quite standard from both our organizations. This makes Drum far too connected to be simply put inside a prison in our space. Either we detain her in a secret detention center in a very remote location or dispose of her. Even under detention, I fail to see how she can be of any use to us. Military prisoners of war are not lacking lately. Copperfield Out. Enabling Feedback Loop... Closing Transmission... COMM ID: [color=#99FFFF]Fleet Admiral David Hale TARGET ID: LSF Directors and Deputy Directors SUBJECT: Felicia Drum ENCRYPTION: High PRIORITY: Medium Evening David, nice to get a responce.
Anyway, I think you may have slightly misunderstood. Just because someone shoots at us, it doesn't mean they are working for rheinland. I personally had the pleasure of seeing Miss Drum shooting and getting shot at by a group of Rheinland Military personel. Infact I have reason to believe she may well be associated with the disappearance of the former Rheinland Admiral Gunther Rall. I doubt the RM know anything based on what she is aware of. Not that it is the best kept secret in Sirius anyway. What sort of a half-witted moron would assume that following the war in 800AS, the governments of sirius would just sit back and say "well, I guess that's that then" and neglect to even look at the alien race that brought humanity in the sector right to the brink of destruction... Most people who have the capability to think will just assume that the Bretonians, Rheinlanders, Kusarians, and us, will have a program for researching the little blue monsters that damned near killed us all. Infact I would suggest that most people outside the forces would regard it is your duty to learn more about them. Don't you? How about you go and take off the uniform for a day, and ask a few questions to ordinary people on a Manhattan street. See what they think the LSF does with it's time. Just perhaps, David, the LSF could cease to see things in such a black and white manner. Not everyone that shoots your men, or mine, is working for rheinland. Not every individual is acting on the agenda of a far larger organisation. Some people, David, are quite simply angry. In Drum's case, I'd suggest she is losing her grip on reality. I'm still of the mind that Miss Drum should, if possible, be taken alive. Hale out. [font=agency fb]****TRANSMISSION TERMINATED****

Verify Encryption Keys... Ok Confirm Identity... David Copperfield Recognised Initialise Video Uplink... Established Subject: Miss Felicia Drum Admiral, What is the most troubling is that your force witnessed her fighting against Rheinland, and mine witnessed her fighting Liberty. This brings me to a very fundamental question. Is she on the side of Rheinland, or on the side of Liberty, or neither? I believe we should not take any chances with her until we find this one question out. As for your claims of her involvement into Adm. Gunther Rall's death, I do find them... intriguing. I would like you to explain more your suspicions on her. Maybe this would help to understand more the situation. As for the matter of Nomad research... Do you really think I'll go, or any of my men, down on the streets and query citizens on the matter? There is a reason why were not openly admitting conducting such experiments even though most are suspicious of their existence. There is a gigantic question of avoiding media, public and political pressure that would force the head of the state and ourselves into revealing the nature of our studies were we to openly and officially admit their existence. We both know that some of our experiments and researches are unethical and dangerous to public knowledge. As much as it is disgraceful to say it, it is better to preserves our populations' ignorance on the matter. Perhaps in an other few years we will be ready to reveal more, but now is not the time. Hence why I am extremely concerned about the fact that she is a volatile person in possession of information harmful to the state' image. Anyhow, this brings me to a more important matter. Zone-21. About 48 hours ago, Felicia Drum was reported entering Zone-21 illegally. LSF Officer on sight requested her to leave the area at once. Instead, Drum chosen to threaten and taunt the LSF Officer into a fight. Having strict orders to avoid confrontation with her, our agent refused to open fire and attempted many times through words to make her leave the area. At one point, she opened fire on him. A whole contingent of LSF ships stationed in the Alaska rushed to assist and try to destroy her ship so her pod could be taken in. Her lighter Sabre vessel, fighting experience and a good string of luck saved her from captivity. We chased her inside the Badlands, where she after a long chase disappeared inside the rock formation. We assume that she most probably docked with a Rogue base as their activity in the area was quite high. I have all the evidence at hand if you doubtful of my claims. On this note, I hereby request Navy's cooperation in issuing a warrant against her for Assault (III), Obstructing the course of justice (V) and violation of restricted space (VII) as well as in removing her docking rights from any lawful facilities. This individual is far too dangerous for the public safety as well as our confidentiality. Copperfield Out. Enabling Feedback Loop... Closing Transmission... Signal Lost... You may or may not be aware of this, but Drum has disappeared. Before we lost track of her however, I received a communication which gave me a set of access codes to the Braunschweig system from her. It seems the extent of her bitterness towards the Rheinland government outweighs the bitterness towards our own. I understand that she has left for Rheinland for some unknown purpose. However within the next few weeks, I intend on inserting an operative into Braunschweig using these codes. for the purtposes of gaining some imagery of the thus-far hidden assets within that system.
