The outer Project (from here on referred to as The Project or simply [ToP]) is a community of ex convicts, exiles, social pariahs and other less fortunate, who have been drafted together under the leadership of Peter Brimstone , better known as Uncle ''Smelly Old'' Pete . Their main objective is maintaining and defending their community inhabiting Slum-City by doing business with a large variety of customers and generating income to supply the community with all commodities needed, though recent events have shifted their interests towards a more enterprising attitude (i.e.: business with whoever’s available). current activities

Diplomacy
The Project is currently considering all people of interest equal and possible business partners (except for the Nomads, see below). They are willing to negotiate with every party who wishes to do so (peacefully). The Project wishes their mobile home to remain fairly isolated to maintain privacy, and intends to keep their current home-system peaceful and neutral towards all parties. However, those wishing to conduct peaceful talks are welcome. In short, The Project will scorn only those with omnicidal intentions (and Nomads, which we use to create a delicious jelly-like paste that goes great with toast). Rules of engagement
• Pilots serving The Project in peaceful times are only allowed to open fire in self-defense OR in the defense of a trader in distress; • Designated assault wings exist with the sole purpose of maintaining order and removing pesky, snot-nosed intruders; • The Project refrains from pirating neutral/friendly corporations and organizations to maintain good public relations with the rest of Sirius; • As stated above, Project ships are allowed to open fire upon pirates currently engaged in unlawful activities that hurt independent/corporate traders. The Project makes use of all vessels open to civilian usage (The entire CT line, including the Roc); Their home base, Slum-City, is a Barge class Super Transport , considered damaged beyond repair by its previous unknown owner. We proved him/her wrong; Repair teams work around the clock to make more and more sections inhabitable (and functional); Next to their barge capitol , [ToP] also makes use of Pilgrim class Slave Liner ''The Mary Jane'', functioning as its de facto flagship. The project's leader is Uncle pete Apart from that there are no appointed ranks within the Project, although a few people in Pete's close inner circle fulfill special leading roles within their community: • Jonathan Cook / James Bootsiuv: Security, Public Relations, Transportation Logistics; • Simon “Smudge” / Tijno Powers: Recruitment Recently Pete declared himself king of Kansas, though the lack of any logic leaves this claim unheard of outside of Slum City. Jonathan has since put Pete back his medication. He is back to “normal”. For reference, here’s an example: Constable Jeeves is out for a morning walk. [ToP] employee spots Constable Jeeves and asks if he wants to purchase a soft drink.
