Hallo there. I heard from a small avian creature that you were getting along quite nicely with the Congress. My name is Isaac Stein and I also have an errand for you to run. You see I'm building a ship and I need a little component for it. The component being a gunboat main gun.
Now this kind of weapon is a little bit harder to acquire than regular gunboat weaponry, so I'm not going to fuss over where it comes from (although it will be difficult for me to decipher the installation manual if the weapon comes from Kusari).
It would be most pleasing if the weapon could be delivered to Puerto Rico where upon delivery you will receive three million credits.
