Konnichiwa there, Moka.
In light of a previous conversation you and I had, I would like to discuss the subject a bit more with you.
See, I have a bit of a... "Friend," if you will, who is having a rather bad time with some Junkers and independent pirates on your turf in Hudson. Now, since you folks are rather loathe to have competition raking in all your business, I figured maybe I would do both you and my friend a favor and get rid of a few of these leeches.
However, in order to scamper off all these folks taking all your creds in the most effective manner possible, I am looking at perhaps acquiring docking rights on your base of Dawson in Hudson. This is so that I can have an in-system place to stock up and plan out attacks on these scoundrels and reach them in the shortest amount of time possible.
Dawson Base would be the only place owned and operated by you and your pals, Moka, that I wish to inquire about docking codes. I do not require refuge on any of your other bases, and requesting so would only make myself a burden. Whatever independents you need me to shoot down, I shall happily shoot down for you, Moka.
If for whatever reason I end up making a profit off of the folks I chase after, 90% of any amount extorted shall be given directly to the Rogues of Dawson, or the account of your choosing. I only ask a meager 10% for fueling and ammunition refills, though even 5% shall do in some cases. This is of course, if I happen to net a few creds from the targets I chase out of your zone of operations, which may not always happen. Either way, each one I chase out is one less soaking up your well deserved moolah.
Any and all questions you have on this matter will most certainly be answered by myself in the shortest amount of time possible. I look forward to ironing out all the details concerning this matter with you, Moka.

I must be frank, this decision isn't mine. But I will be sure to put your proposition under the noses of the people who can make this decision. The only issue I am seeing is the ID you maybe using. If you had a pirate ID, it makes you susceptible to bounty attacks from the AGS| bounty board. And we also frown down upon pirate ID. However if you were a merc or Freelancer ID'd, then I think we may work something a little better for your continued safety in our space.

I actually have a Blossom which happens to have some Freelancer papers! As well, I have two sets of papers for my Orchid, the main one being Freelancer as well. Of course, that would make sense, since I am a Freelancer after all.
Anywho.. Anything else you wish to bring up? Shall I get to work on shooting a few unwanted fellows for you yet, or perhaps wait around for you to get back to me? I can be rather patient in these sorts of matters, so do take your time in contemplating an answer with your fellow Rogues.
