Konnichiwa gentlemen,

It got to my ears that samurais of the Kusari State Police, managed to successfully capture one of the high figures of those Gas Miners Guild traitors. The Black Dragon Society is most interested in such a person. Therefore we would like to offer you, to transfer her to our Kabukicho station where we would have chance to talk with her and also be sure no spy or other prisoner could get into a contact with her.

I am sure that such an operation must have been expensive along with her imprisonment, so we would like to offer you 100 000 000 credits for her. I also hope I can count on a complete discretion in this matter from both sides.

I have been tasked with responding to your request.

It would appear you have omitted, or neglected, the vital statistics of this "high value GMG prisoner".

I would require more detail to pursue your request. Once the person has been fully identified, I will discuss the matter personally with Chokan Tomochiko.

As to the credits you offer for this "service", I might suggest it would be better spent in monitoring the activities of certain "Independent" Hogosha, who are coming very close to being charged with criminal activities for their actions in Kusari.

It would be of great help to the State Police if the Honorable Black Dragons would assist us by "policing" these few misguided citizens. We would be much more inclined to consider your request if some assurances of cooperation in this unfortunate matter were offerred by your honored group.

Konnichiwa honored inspector Chijin,

The prisoner I am talking about is Azuki Tamagotchi, one of the heads of the Gas Miners Guild, that was recently caught and brought to justice. The Black Dragon Society is more than interested to give her a few questions. After all Kabukicho can offer comfort but also a special security for prisoner of such a value and minimize the chance of spy infiltration.

As for the problem with certain group of Hogoshans you have mentioned, we are aware of it. It saddens us to see how much can be Kusari traditions abandoned and forgotten. They are truly a thorn in the eye of the Black Dragon. Our sources indicate that some of their members are former Avengers who have already been warned by us.

We are ready to develop a joint effort with the samurais of Kusari State Police in convincing them to return to the Kusari traditions or if necessary to deleting their name from the list of Hogosha families and rejecting them from our bases.

Their acts bring dishonor on the name of whole Hogosha Kaigi.

My dear,

I have reviewed the case files on Azuki Tamagotchi with my Chokan.

At this time, the ex-Guildmaster is still awaiting trial on the charges brought against her by KSP and KNF. Apparently there has been some delay in providing Tamagotchi with legal counsel from the Guild.

While I understand the interest of the Black Dragons in this matter, it is our consensus that Ms. Tamagotchi is still a Kusari citizen, and like all citizens may avail herself of rights under our legal system.

Once those rights have been exercised, we would be open to further discussions on the matter.

(I hope this has not changed your opinion of Tepenyaki, Madam Yuki. Shall we say.. nine-ish on Friday at the Blossom?)

Greetings Inspector,

The Society of course understands that there has to be a legal process, thou I am not sure if Gas Miners Guild holds the Kusari citizenship. after all the founders of the Guild left the Kusari 520 years ago. However that not the matter. My proposal is she would be moved to Kabukicho where she could wait for the trial in safety and comfort. I am sure that she as a woman and as a ex-guildmaster requires more comfort than the prison cell can give her.
