We're more gratefull than words can convey that you have taken our olive branch of sorts, and as such, we would like to request if a small amount of our ships may move through Minor, in the collection, and collaboration of Research and Data.
I'm sure you would be less than overjoyed at this small request at such an early, tentative stage, however if It would put any of your qualms to rest we would ensure that no more than a pair of our ships would be within the system at any given time.

While we await your favourable reply, we'll continue our research, and prepare a package to be sent to your own department, pending delivery, and please. Feel free to add any terms and conditions you may feel neccasary.

I purposely left out the specifics for fear of your call being biased. The ships will be 'Repair vessels', we use as a basis for scientific field work, A refitted luxury class yacht. Escort vessels, ie, Eagle Class Civillian fighters, and our base of operations. I will not give its name over a coms channel, for fear it may not be secure, and knowledge of this request might hamper relations with others. Suffice to say you saw the vessel earlier. And it is instrumental in refueling and re-arming our ships in hostile worlds now we are in essence cut off from the Liberty Navy, we request permission to pass through all Order systems, bar ones off limits to -all- none order personel. In essence we request to be treated as you would a zoner.

Ah Admiral, you missunderstand. I would never dream of sending, or asking, any of our number to move into 100, I fully understand you would want to keep this system off limits. It was my understanding you did not even allow Zoner Ships into the system.

As to the matter of our 'Base of Operation', It would be massively helpfull if we could come to an arrangement to allow it to pass through you systems, perhaps with an Order Escort? As it is called for in dozens of systems.
