I am opening communications on behalf of my employer the Independent Neuralnet Division.
It is our wish to revisit an old agreement we recently discovered lapsed.
If you are open to a new discourse on a currently nebulous subject please respond on this frequency. I can assure you its encryption is first rate. So, this deal old thing is being dragged back up? Interesting. I have read the files of what happened last time and I have to say I'm not quite happy about this. That deal happened behind my back. This is speaking of my own feelings but I have to speak for my Royal Police and how to better it.
You may say this channel is unhackable, but I'd like to meet somewhere. I hardly trust comms as it is; the Council and Maquis are good at infiltrating our ranks and stealing communications by informants. I know a nice cafe I frequent with many meeting rooms fully equipped to keep our meeting private. We can meet somewhere else, but it's going to be difficult moving ourselves from Gallia after a recent push by the Royal Navy.
I hope this will be alright.

Cafe you say? Does it have waitresses? Pretty ones? No wait this is business, hmm, well given our agreement with Gallia has run out I'm rather loathe to set foot in there given the recent rumour I've heard of your propensity to shoot people and steal all their stuff. It's a novel approach to taxation I will admit, but frankly buying everything has always worked for the IND, cleaner less mess and nobody asks questions until it is far far too late.
Perhaps a more neutral location would be better served? Battleship Hood in Dublin is a good choice... yes a very good choice...would give me a chance to have an intimate meeting with Hayley again, oh sorry that was out loud wasn't it? Perhaps the Hood is a bad idea. Business and pleasure and all that. Bound to be a Freeport we can meet on, pick one, I'm sure you Gallic boys have information on the rest of Sirius. Just make sure it's not anywhere near those damnable Kusari buggers. Women are nice but the Emperor is a surly bastard and doesn't like me very much.

The Cafe in mind does have quite the choice in women, but if you would like a neutral grounding then so be it. Freeport 10 or Freeport 6 will work well. Hope that's far away enough.
The IND has no worries with us for now. This deal should clear up anything and everything between us. And those rumors are down right lies. You should know how the Royal Police works.
