You are busy in your wars with the Corsairs and the Queen's lapdogs, and we are busy in our wars against the Corsairs and the Chancellor's worshipers, so I'll get straight to the point. I would like to propose an exchange of arms between our two fleets. I tire of our ships using Nomad weapons taken from infested Rheinlanders, and would much prefer to use Molly Trefoil neutron blasters to sync with our few prototype codename weapons. And I'm told that you could possibly use some of our Natterturn Zweis to sync with your civilian shieldbusters, there being no comparable Molly weapon in existence.
The number of weapons and number of credits, if any, involved in the exchange are up for negotiation; as is the location and time/date for the exchange to take place. We would also be happy to supply you with a quantity of any commodity available from our bases that you might require. I hope that you will agree to this sharing of arms to better enable us to fight our common enemies, the villainous Corsairs. Thank you for your time.

Greetings, Union of Gold. This is Leutenant Meisnerr of the Red Hessian Army. I can only apologise for the sudden loss of communications, we have had several problems during the last month that are now dealt with. We are ready to continue this deal, and want to add a few other pieces of equipment to it.
Our armoury requires 12 Trefoils and 5 Supernova torpedo launchers. In return we will pay you 36 million credits (the total cost of the Supernovas) and a negotiable number of fresh off the mill Natterturns Zwei, should you require them.
We have had a boost of numbers lately, so you should pick the time of the meeting and I will make sure somebody will be there to transfer the weapons and credits.
Be advised: if you will be carrying the equipment through the Omega systems, call on us in advance so we can muster escorts. The Corsairs have been known to carry out frequent sorties into Omega-5 and 11 recently. It would be unacceptable to let them intercept the much needed equipment.
