I do not recall if we have met previously, perhaps at one of your Erisian "functions"; but I come to you with an offer of dire and urgent import.
The Brotherhood of Light is in need of "alternate" accomodations, due to the imminent advance of "le Roi".
As Grand Master of the Brotherhood, I am prepared to offer the sum of 200 Million Sirius credits for the property known as "Hope's Haven", on Belfast.
While we will maintain the appearance of a "Bed and Breakfast", we are primarily interested in the offices and lodgings located above the main bar. We will not abandon completely our Lodge on Grenoble; but we wish to be prepared for future "contingencies".
Of course, your organization, and the Temporary Autonomous Zoners, would be welcome at all times.

Nonetheless, we all seem to be in the same leaky boat at the moment.
I have been loathe to close or sell Hope's Haven for selfish, sentimental reasons. I fell in love and proposed to my beloved wife in that establishment.
However, under the present circumstances, I find your timing to be most synchronistic, Comte. Baffin will be needing Flax, and, it is time Hope's became a haven once again.
