I bet you all already know that wonderful /renameme command that you could always use instead of making a new ship, right? Well, turns out that when you use it in space your ship logs off without a F1 message or 60 seconds of drifting shieldless - instant logout.
And here's where the abuse starts, today we had two traders, both full cargo of ore. All no problem, we stop them and it's all okay, then suddenly - they disappear. Why? Because they'd rather pay 2 million credits on renameme then pay us the tax. Now you'd say that it can be abused only once every 7 days, though you'd be wrong. As you all know moving the char to a different account restart the timer, thus all you need is 2 accounts and 4 million credits to abuse it all you want.
So yes, here I humbly summon you, lord Cannon of the FLHook, please fix this issue. Perhaps add a similar F1 message when people use it. Because due to me not having departing/new players shown on the screen I couldn't get a bit of evidence, luckily my wingman had it on and caught the departing of both transports.

I have seen this today, not those two characters, but seen it and was filming. It is a crappy move, certainly an abuse, known for some time now.

I thought the timer was 24 hours, not 7 days. Either way, no need to make a message or any of that jazz. Make it so you can only rename when you are docked.
Also, report those tools.

they were there before that hook command was aviable
you bought it and went to admin to rename

Better make the command only work when docked. The rename cartificate is not a good idea because admins are busy enough as it is. No need to make them rename our ships.
