Modern militarism is the result of capitalism. In both its forms it is the '€œvital expression'€ of capitalism '€” as a military force used by the capitalist states in their external conflicts and as a weapon in the hands of the ruling classes for suppressing every kind of movement, economic and political, of the proletariat.

[color=#000000]We believe that this is the first message directed to the Hellfire Legion by Rot Front. Given the circumstances it may be an unfortunate omission as proved by the last encounter of our forces in the Texas system. It was a notable meeting: Rot Front battlegroup chasing Rheinwehr forces from Hudson and Hellfire Legion closing the pocket with the Rheinland forces and Liberty Navy locked with no chance to escape.

It looked like we share the same goals on the surface - the eradication of the corrupt governments of our respective Houses, ran by the militarists and bureaucrats. We both represent the significant forces in Liberty and Rheinland, and given the efficiency of our joint effort on that day, mutual effort on holding this war in check can go long way towards fulfilling the goals we pursue. Exchanging the information between our sensor nets dedicated to monitoring war-related activities could prove invaluable in terms of giving more time to prepare for military operations aimed at breaking the spine of the side that gets too much ground and in raising our spatial awareness overall.

The military cooperation is not the only way of cooperation available to us. We have a wide array of commodities produced by us and we are acquiring wide range of raw materials on usual basis. In addition to that, we have the means to acquire vital commodities not produced by us directly, such as H-Fuel. We are sure that you are also in possession of significant industry and the cargo exchange missions between our organizations can be helpful for us both, and we can discuss the details if you find this acceptable.

Now to comment on your offer, we are indeed sharing the same enemies and the current situation is well, not ideal to say the least. As a result we have decided to include the Bering and Hudson systems into our area of military operations. However, our steps are still being planned as we speak, but we will gladly accept your offer. It will be a pleasure for us to cooperate with you to take down our common enemies.

Your offer to supply us with commodities is still being discussed at the moment, we will inform you once we have decided.

As the discussion in Legion High Command has went on it has so far been decided that the Executive Commander will be the one in charge of addressing as well as handling the establishment of current relations between the Rot Front and the Legion.

Unfortunately for your biological selves the 'I' cannot provide you with a date and time for when the Executive Commander will contact you again, however may you be assured that the present matter here is of importance and will not be neglected.

This struggle must be organised, according to “all the rules of the art”, by people who are professionally engaged in revolutionary activity. The fact that the masses are spontaneously being drawn into the movement does not make the organisation of this struggle less necessary. On the contrary, it makes it more necessary.

[color=#000000]It is a pleasure for us to hear that you have accepted our offer of military cooperation. As for other kinds of cooperations, we are by no means hurrying you to make the decision. As for the military cooperation, we are already making preparations for moving a part of our forces to the Bremen system. Our strategists intend to conduct operations in the Independent Worlds, including Hudson and Bering, but who knows where this struggle against the imperialism may lead us? It may happen that we'll have to pursue the agents of imperialism back where they came from, like the last time. We couldn't leave you uninformed.
