Mallory & Lambert Logistics has visited the Barge class Storage Facility today and despite the heavily damaged condition of the ship, we decided to aquire it. Its positioning is interesting for us and the damages can be repaired, even though this will take some time, money and effort.
No repairs will have to be done by you, as we will take care of sealing the leaks of the station's central part and repressurizing more of the current parts of the the ship. The damaged periphery is of no great concern, but might get fixed eventually, depending on its necessity.
All price negotiations will be dealt with on a secret channel. You have already been contacted.
