Evening Directors, Deputy Directors, and so on. Myself and Commodore Christina Robinson arrested Miss Felicia Drum last night on multiple counts of assault on Liberty personel. She is in our custody. She will remain in our custody until legal proceedings are brought forward. This arrest wasn't exactly helped by the actions of a certain few individuals. I will produce a report on this shortly. Doubtless it will interest you. Hale out. [font=agency fb]****TRANSMISSION TERMINATED****

Initialise Transmission [color=#FFFFFF] Greetings Admiral Hale. Congratulations on your work, she is now in the place where it belongs. I would gladly like to see report from the operation on Felicia's arrest, lot of details I could collect about whole situation. Sharing information known from her questioning will also help not just me or Liberty Security Force, it will help our Republic. During your investigation I would like to send one of my agents in, just for better co-operation. Working together on this can improve our relations, because so much rumors can destroy our work we have built together for many years. Evening Associate Director Brown. I'll outline a few points as to the sequence of events here. Following Miss Drum's assault on two agents in New York and the agents in question making the information regarding this attack available to me (finally) myself and Commodore Robinson caught up with Miss Drum in California. Infact she rather dropped into our lap. Interestingly she assisted us with fending off a group of lane hackers which chose that particular moment to attempt an act of piracy at the new york gate. We convinced Miss Drum to accompany us to Freeport 4 in Magellan with the hope that she would agree after some discussion, to come quietly into custody. During this discussion, the vessel LNS-Stalingrad appeared and opened fire on Miss Drum. I ordered the vessel to cease fire. He refused, claiming to be acting on a higher authority than myself. This is somewhat confusing. Miss Drum is potentially a very valuable source of information for Liberty, considering her previous high rank (before her desertion) in the RM. Our files indicate she was ranked Major-General. Capture has always been the prefered option in this case, however the LNS-Stalingrad put any chance of arrest in severe jeopardy, by opening fire on her vessel, causing her to very nearly escape our grasp. Upon the Stalingrad stating the captain was acting one "a higher authority" Commodore Robinson called the Durango to the scene and the Stalingrad was chased off. We have since opened dialogue with the captain who appears to have fled Liberty with the ship. [FILE ATTACHED] Following this, I engaged in further talks with miss Drum, convincing her not to flee Liberty entirity and thus escape our grasp. At this time we were attacked again by Lane Hackers, presumably drawn in by the commotion generated by the Stalingrad, who took the opportunity to try and take my life. Miss Drum assisted us once again in removing the lane hackers. A mercenary then seemingly attacked Miss Drum, following our requests for her to leave the area. The mercenary was the removed by a well placed missile from the Durango. Drum realised after this that escape was impossible, although she refused to come quietly into custody. I believe Commodore Robinson has the file petaining to the precise moment of the arrest being made. The repeated attacks, and somewhat suspicious activity of the LNS Stalingrad has led me to suspect there is a good deal more than we are aware of behind this whole affair. The Rheinland government has also declared her a hostile, or so I believe. I'm sure, given her rank, the Rheinland Military would rather she did not fall into our hands. I would hazard that in her capture, rather than killing, we have scored quite a significant victory. Infact, the knowlege which she doubtless holds, is exactly what led me to strike up dialogue with Miss Drum prior to her attacks on the LSF. At this time, we have a naval psyhiatrist assessing Miss Drum's mental state to see if she is fit to stand trial for her crimes, and is capable of being held responsible for her actions. A report on this will be put together and sent to your offices as soon as the assessment is complete. Her slightly contraditory actions, shooting at the LSF on one hand, and helping us remove lane hacker, and providing some very useful information on the otehr hand, have led me to believe she is not a stable or sane individual. Hale out. [font=agency fb]****TRANSMISSION TERMINATED****

Directors, good evening. I have recently moved Miss Drum to a secured area of the Westfalen. This has been extremely useful, as she has already provided several peices of information regarding the ship which have proved to be both correct and highly beneficial to us. She has also been under the observation of Dr. Dennis Friedman, the Navys cheif psychiatrist. His report is not yet complete, however I can forward a few of the key points from it. Dr. Dennis Friedman Wrote:Fraulein Drum is an extremely complicated individual, with numerous past traumas, which are reflected in her current behaviour. I am waiting on Dr Friedman's final diagnosis. However, in the short term, Miss Drum's presence is somewhat useful to us. Hale out. [font=agency fb]****TRANSMISSION TERMINATED****
To: LSF Directors - McNeo - 09-12-2011 Madame's, sir's, here is a copy of my final report on the mental condition of miss Drum, based on her answers to a few questions of mine earlier today. First, I'll attach the questions, and miss Drum's answers, for your viewing pleasure. Or not, as I understand this to be a fairly touchy subject between the Navy and Security Force. Quote:Quote:1- "Fraulien Drum, I would like to better understand your feelings on the LSF. Why have you targetted their personel, while ignoring that of the navy?" Let me go over some answers of particular interest in determining whether she is "insane" or not. I'd find it more fun to dissect her entire thought process since that's my usual job, but I was asked to focus down on that particular aspect, so I will. Her answers to questions 1-3 are somewhat expected given her actions. It's not uncommon for someone severely jaded by past events to experience flashbacks, difficulty sleeping and so on, and to spend their waking hours trying to prevent something similar happening again. Up to that point, it can be said that the answers are fairly "standard", if you'll permit the tactless expression. Miss Drum's answer to question 4 is much more relevant, given the content of the previous questions. Even though it's only two words, it narrows down her possible states of mind very significantly. Allow me to explain: Refusing to answer the question says one of two things to me. Either, she is admitting that her justification for her actions against the nomads is unacceptable to most other people, or she feels that her reasons may simply be wrong. The first would indicate some degree of insanity, whereas the second perhaps the same less so, mixed in with stubbornness. My educated guess is that she holds on to the purpose that her crusade against the nomads gives her for fear of losing control of herself completely. This means that, if she is not already insane, she will be shortly.
I'm told that the Fleet Admiral feels that she could be a valuable asset to Liberty. Im afraid that ideal results are not possible in any short amount of time given her conviction, demonstrated by her answer to the last question as well as her assaults on LSF personnel while given sanctuary by the Navy. Any attempt to use whatever she possesses that is of value to Liberty in the short term must be done with that understanding, and the expectation that something is likely to go awry. Here, I reaffirm my earlier assertion that currently, Miss Drum is suffering from schizophrenia. However, I will not go into detail pertaining to her past, as a matter of patient-doctor confidence. If I asserted that I would previously, I apologise. - Doctor Dennis Friedman, Liberty Navy Head Psychiatrist

Initialise Transmission [color=#FFFFFF] Good day gentleman, First of all thank you Doctor Dennis for your analysis on miss F.Drum, also Admiral I would like to share my opinion on answers from miss F.Drum. Miss Drum can not even imagine how much effort we put in our job and how many people are working on Liberty security, as for her answer "Nobody can control them" I will simply say that we have everything under control so, spying on security force is dangerous crime and also is attack on our Republic. After this I must admit that her behavior is beyond any normality and fact is that I will look forward in her life-long detention. My answer will be, do we really can trust her after those answers? We know for who she worked and I'm little worried that this can be a set up. Admiral, she already admitted many crimes regarding our Republic and specificity on her fifth answer. Now I will watch closely on the whole situation "And khm" Admiral you still didn't answer on my question: "Will I be able to put one of my agent in the whole process?" Established Subject: Drum Salutations, Admiral Hale, I must say that I am heavily concerned by the decisions you've taken regarding her custody. I applaud you for finally putting a hand on her, but don't you see a flaw in keeping her safe inside a ship we know next to nothing about? Where she is the one knowing its systems and structure? That puts us in a very vulnerable position where she is in an environment she knows more about than we do. On top of that, the Westfallen is located inside enemy territory and is contested by the Rheinland Military. The ship could be attacked by a major force at any moment and retake it, with Miss Felicia Drum inside. Or, knowing the ship more than us, she could as well escape at any moment unless you leave her chained 24/7. Which as far as I'm aware is not something positive for the stability of her psyche. As much as the Rheinland government has outlawed her, it doesn't mean that they seek to imprison her or even kill her. She might still be of use to them as she knows a great deal of information on you and the Liberty forces now that she has been in close contact with us for a long while. In short, we do not know what the Rheinland Government wants, we only know what they say. Plus, it was reported to me that her ship, a fully kitted out Sabre is still located on the Westfallen. In the event of an escape, from a battleship we do not know from A to Z, this Sabre could as well be used in her favor. I don't know for the Liberty Navy High Command, but the Liberty Security Force High Command is extremely concerned by the current situation and the security issues it presents. I feel like I must press the point that she cannot be kept on the Westfallen any longer and thus needs to be transferred to a more secure and remote facility. Her ship should also be impounded and kept in an other location. On a last note, I would like to know what the Navy has decided regarding our request to put one of our agent in the whole process. And when will she be trialed? Copperfield Out. Enabling Feedback Loop... Closing Transmission... Signal Lost... To: LSF Directors - McNeo - 09-22-2011 Sorry to inform you sirs, that Felicia Drum has already been placed in my care. A private hearing was held in which it was decided that the best way for her to prove her sanity, as she vehemently contests that she is in fact sane, is for her to be supervised under the care of the Navy. Indeed, it came to our attention that her condition has been aggravated by various individuals and groups, all a part of the forces. One captain of the starship LNS-Stalingrad was among that list, apparently claiming to have orders to kill miss Drum that came from higher in the chain of command than the Fleet Admiral. The President has issued no executive orders to this effect, so I'm sure you can see how ridiculous the situation was. In fact, from what I gather, the Navy has expended more resources in keeping her from befalling a tragic assassination attempt than stopping her from leaving. Given the Liberty Security Force's obvious motive here, courtesy of the strong feelings about this issue that nearly spilled out into an armed conflict at one point, it was decided that for her own safety, she would be kept on the Westfalen... under Navy supervision. She may know the ship well, more so than us, but we have around ten thousand souls performing various tasks on that ship, nearly triple the normal crew number. She would be hard pressed to escape unnoticed. In fact, if she wishes to escape, I believe that she is resourceful enough to do so, inflicting more damage the more resources we use to incarcerate her. Therefore, we're leaving the door open, so to speak. If she wishes to leave, she can, but it's apparent to me that she may stay of her own accord. She will be rehabilitated under the care of myself and my peers in the psychiatric unit. I am confident of success, as long as she retains her apparent motivation to prove herself in control of her actions and emotions. - Doctor Dennis Friedman, Liberty Navy Head Psychiatrist
