The government is tottering. We must deal it the death blow an any cost. To delay action is the same as death.
[color=#000000]While the people who are supposed to lead Rheinland to better future and ensure the prosperity of our House wage needless wars and care only about the wallets of their own, the enemies still seek to subjugate our people. The Rot Front cannot tolerate the Libertonian intrusion into the Hamburg system. It is the time for us to act. And that is why we come to you. Although the current situation is grievous, we see every situation as an opportunity. And this time we see the opportunity to deliver a heavy blow to the imperialistic forces of both Rheinland and Liberty, thus weakening our enemy beyond the border and furthering our agenda in Rheinland. That has been the modus operandi of the Rot Front for quite some time.
However, for a true and precise strike to be made, we need to deploy a significant force unexpectedly and fast. Therefore, the Rot Front asks you to let our forces proceed to the battlefield in the Independent Worlds through Saar and Duesseldorf in order to decimate both the lackeys of the Chancellor and the imerialistic Libertonian agressors. And although the full-scale movement to the frontline is a matter of one pass through the system, our fleet would still need supplies. That is why, in addition to the previous request, we would like to ask you to grant the passage rights to the vessels which would supply our strike team with the resources necessary for our operations.

As far as I know, access to the Saar system has been granted to you by the LWB, for the time being of your mission that is. Though if you need to know more, you're free to ask them for more specifics on that.
And of course, as you probably know, Duesseldorf is a bit more tricky. We're not as hooked on your revolutionary idea of changing the law in Rheinland. So we're going to ask for something different then hopes of great future, something with a bigger spark. And conveniently enough we have something we could have some use of. Nuclear Devices, to be exact 1500 of them. I don't really care how you get them, as long as they're in working condition and delivered to Wedel Mining Facility. Do that and we'll gladly do you the small favour of letting your convoys pass through Duesseldorf for the time being of your mission.

I see what I asked for has been delivered, by a third party, but delivered nonetheless. You're hereby granted permission to use the path between Saar Jumphole and Hudson Jumphole in the Duesseldorf system for your mission. You're authorised to use only that path, straying from your course will most likely trigger our assets' defences and things won't be pretty for both sides.
Keep in mind this permission is temporary and only for the duration of your mission.
