Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen,
My name is Captain Toscha Milowski, and I'm from Liberty. Yeah, hundred percent from Liberty. Born on Planet Denver. Man, I miss my garden and my house.
Anyway, back to myself, I'm a Freelancer and I like adventures. Adventures are cool and awesome, maybe you should try it, but I guess as a Zoner you have already enough....want the quiet life far away from every overpopulated world.
Maan, I'm talking to much about trash.
So here to my thing main thing.
My current vessel is a Spatial, a rusty old bucket. I need already for my pilot chair duct tape and some buttons on the Console are broken. I need for my position lights a screwdriver..........
My Engine is leaking every day, and this drives me really crazy. I tried with everything, Super Blast, Uh-Oh Patafix from Rheinland, but nothing work.
One day, during my usual work on my ship, I saw a cool vessel. Silver, looks like a pizza box, but enough space inside for a little home.
Yeah it was a Zoner Conference Gunboat, with orange lights.
My dream...
At least it would make my current life a little bit easier.
Yeah, I have the money.
I found some wrecks with technology in the Edge Worlds and sold my house already on Planet Denver.
I know the construction of the Zoner GB cost around 33 Million or something like that.
By the way, you are right, I could repair my Spatial, but....a Spatial is not really good in some parts of Sirius..

Greetings Captain, I've just a few questions before I pass your request onto the other Board members for discussion. I am assuming you're a freelancer? Mercenary? Other than making your home on the vessel, what did you plan to use it for? I'm sure you're aware it won't be cheap to keep the vessel operational and fueled. How do you intend to accomplish this?

I'm curious as to your reasoning for wanting a ship of the gunboat class specifically. I figure for a Freelancer, you'd want something a little smaller and more personal, but hey, that's just me.

Freighter? Fighter? Bomber? My Spatial?
Freighter wouldn't survive radiation, a fighter is not a vessel for adventures, Bombers are Military Hardware and my Spatial is huge like a Gunboat, but without the huge Armor.
Don't say something about Kusari Explorer, this ship is a pirate bunker.

I'm just looking to get a feel for the man we would be giving permission for a heavy piece of spacefaring equipment to.
OSI also produces a few civilian bombers, so that would of course be an option. The board has, however, decided that you will be permitted license to own and captain one Conference-class gunboat. Just give us the proposed tag and callsign for the ship, we'll add it to the licensing database, and you'll be good to go.
I suggest you start rounding up a crew, Mr. Milowski
