I write to you to enquire about obtaining permissions to transport Nuclear armaments through Kusari.
In case you are unaware, Nuclear Warheads are used to blast apart larger asteroids to make them suitable for excavation. A more stable supply of these Nuclear Warheads will benefit our mining operations in the Taus greatly, in this time of great stress on our operations.
On our part, ICMG can ensure that convoys carrying these supplies will be heavily guarded and that they won't fall into the wrong hands. Allowing us to transport these vital supplies through Kusari space would be far more beneficial to Kusari than to force us into smuggling them through Outcast space.

We trust Kusari Shippers and ALG to safely transport nuclear material, since they employ complex safety measures that have been developed over centuries. We cannot trust your ships to safely transport nuclear materials through Kusari to their final destination at this time. I am sorry to have to tell you that your request is denied.

I'm disappointed to hear that, although not particularly shocked.
These supplies are however an urgent necessity. If we may not pass through Kusari, we will negotiate our way through the Omicrons. I only hope we don't lose too many transports.
I also hope these devices don't fall into questionable hands in the process. That could be most unfortunate for Kusari.
But ... left with little hope of cooperation, we must press on with what we can.
