Mainly in title, and may be a silly question, but after reading many forum posts about rep/iff and restarts have just confused myself.
Things seem to change and I am not sure how far back in time I should read before post is obsolete, for example are 2009 posts still relevant?
If getting the FL bribes in Coranado will it affect my reputation with other factions?

The NPCs that offer bribes always tell you which factions will "look down upon" the bribe. In the case of freelancer bribes, you'll notice that those parts of the text are blank. So, it won't effect any other reputations.

The 'those will look down upon' won't even be enough as of my expirience.
There are always more changes, which are due to the specific reputation of the faction you want to bribe.
It's all complicated a bit, but at some point you will get to it.
NOTE: I think Zoner and Freelancer bribes won't affect the rep with other factions. All other bribes will do though.

Freelancer reputation bribes won't negatively affect any other reputations.
