Well, this is the first time I was killed on the server, and I need to know if these guys did it right or wrong...

violation - if there is no story before what you linked as pictures - i guess
that includes:
- have you had a conversation / RP with them before?
- have you fired at them - and possibly drained the shield of one of them by more than 50%?
- have you run into them on previous runs "shortly" before?

no, there wasn't anything of what you listed, except for that i fired at them in self-defence.
I thought it was something like RPing "a VERY CRUEL pirate":)
Should say it was a rather nice rp though

seems more trial by forum, than anything else.
First off, theres a competition for who can garner the most points by destroying ships. Basicly, you just where in the wrong place at the wrong time. Deal with it.

You can report him, but he did make a "RP" demand... which was for you to run for your life.
So once again its up to the admins to decide if it was "sufficient" or not, which mainly depends on who they were.
Did you scan them? What ID did they have? Check if there was a bounty on you (or blanket bounty) and if they were allowed to claim it. That could also be a possibility.
