Greetings, Mr. Brown. I'm not too good with the formal stuff, so I'll get right to the paperwork.

While we're here, I'd like to discuss the fact that we, in partnership with our special friends at Ageira, produce a lot of the ship weaponry, Magma Hammers and the like, that Liberty's armed forces use, with an exclusive contract to produce these for the government. We'd like to request an extension to this contract to produce some for ourselves. We understand how the government covets these products, so if a separate request, taking into account the special relation that Detroit has with Ageira and the hardware in question, is necessary, I can get a secretary to draw up one for that too. Thank you for your consideration.

RE: The Liberty Surplus Requisitioning Center - [*USI*] - 04-14-2016

Even though all of this has already been approved, our legal team wanted us to fill out this form, so as to ensure no potential problems would arise in the future.

Also, even though our Department of security is very competent, the executive board is willing to pay 100 million credits for both classes and simulator experience for our officers at West Point, so as to ensure complete proficiency when flying these new ships. If this offer is acceptable, please tell us where to send the credits, and we will send our officers over as soon as possible.

To USI;

We appreciate the effort from your side to presenting the form of your earlier request. Such will affect positively in the documentation process of your request. On another note payment has already been received from the [*USI*] for your request and as such a second payment will not be required.

Happy hunting.

To Tif Stafford;

Mr. Stafford your request has been received and is currently being evaluated by the Surplus Requisitioning Office. We should be having an answer rather soon in the following days. Sorry for the delay.

Any questions or comments may be posted on this channel.

Greetings again, Mr. Brown. It's been nearly two weeks since you said you'd get back to us "soon", and three since our original paperwork was filed, so we're just wondering if it's still caught up in red tape or if you might have reached a decision and simply forgotten to inform us. Whatever the case, we'd appreciate any sort of reply whenever you can.

RE: The Liberty Surplus Requisitioning Center - The Republic Of Liberty - 05-08-2016

To Tif Stafford;

Sorry for the long delay Mr.Stafford, the office has been slightly busy with recent changes. Either way, we have good news on your request.
Your request for the leasing of 1x BDR-845 "Avenger" Fighter, 2x BDR-804 "Guardian" Fighters, 2x LZF-9805 "Liberator" Interceptors and 2x Li-117 "Upholder" Bombers has been approved by the the Surplus Requisitioning Office. The Vessels will be ready for pickup aboard Norfolk Shipyard once we receive a payment of 150'000'000 S.C (One hundred and Fifty Million Sirius credits) to Ferris.Dufresne

Due to the nature of these vessels, in order to avoid any diplomatic issues, you are advised to take in consideration the laws and regulations in your areas of operation.

To Cloud Strife, DSEA;

We apologize however production contracts between companies and the Government state that production is exclusive to the Department of Defense as well as monitored by such. And at the current time the Department of Defense cannot lease defiant-class gunboats for security use (except for special circumstances) due to their wide use within the Liberty Forces. As such we regret to inform you that your request has been denied.

Any questions or comments may be posted on this channel.

Thank you, Mr. Brown. Detroit will put this gear to good use. Pursuant with my private conversation with your department's secretary, we've also made a note of the weaponry we'll be using.

Consider the extra ten million a patriotic gift, from all of us here at Detroit Munitions. Looking forward to working with you and your office again sometime soon.

After a private message with a member of your department, I was informed that a second, official request for the weaponry would be necessary, so here it is.
