Good day.
My name is Richard Price, vice-president of Universal Shipping Inc. ([*USI*])
I come to you today to request clearance to pass the Texas borders into Rheinland, in aid of the new Libery controlled Battleship Westfalen. (or westfallen as it is commonly called in Liberty.)
Obviously Universal has no intentions of supplying Rheinland in anyway, as I am sure you remember the part we played in the initial support of the Westfalen.
We would however like to offer further aid to the military personal stationed there, as we know they are under constant threat of bombardment of the Rheinland forces in the area, and we feel it is our duty as one of Liberties largest corporations to do our part in making sure our troops are well taken care of.
I am attaching our shipping manifest below for your approval of the goods we feel would be of the most benefit to Liberty at Westfalen.

Our chief logistics officer has spent some time coming up with this list, and we feel it will bring the needed supplies to our men and women stationed on the Westfalen to keep them well fed and cared for, at least for a short time.
If you feel that any of these items are unneeded, or feel that there are other items that are more needed, please inform us and we can work and amending the shipping orders before sending the orders out to our employees.
We will give you some time to consider our request and go over the shipping manifest.

However, it is my duty to remind you that USI will be responsible for its own security during any supply runs to the front, as the Liberty Navy may be committed elsewhere. Of course, the Navy will do its utmost to assist the USI during their voyages, but assistance cannot be assured.
