While I was working for the empire in the taus sector I noticed some of your pilots flying the "Black Dragon - SRD X12 Hogosha VHF". I must say, I haven't seen much perfection in Sirian vessels but military ones. Excluding the Bretonian very heavy spaceboxes and their space shrimps.
What I wish honorable agents, is permission to fly such a vessel. For the empire, and in the name of Kusari.

You see, we don't pass on our weaponry without knowing in detail about the recipient. So we need to know a few more details......

Exactly who are you and what technology do you seek to acquire?

I can tell you that my agents have a dossier with your name on the cover, but very limited information within. You will need to expand your request to include full personal details and affilliations, not to mention your intentions in the use of one of our ships.

Until such time as you provide this information and my staff can make appropriate security checks ... permission is denied.

You wish to know who I am, very well. My name is Julian Du Pancake, and I am from the Gallic sector. While I was there, I was among the revolution supporters, I escorted smugglers supplying the Council - a dangerous job indeed. But I have made my mind and decided to venture into the unknown - Sirius for me. I left on a civilian shuttle and I converted my money from the Gallic Franks to the Sirian Credits, bought myself the "Eagle heavy fighter" a few civilian weapons and went on to see the mysteries of Sirius. While I was exploring, during my several fights for one's freedom and survival I discovered I am doing a fine mercenary - And decided to "give it a shot". I have had great sympathy for the Kusari Empire, which place honor and respect among it's top priorities - Two qualities that I very much sympathize. So I decided I shall work for the empire, and I registered at it's bounty board of the Kusari Naval Forces. However, I understand that the naval forces could not spare a Chimaera very heavy fighter to me as they are all needed in the hands of the naval forces. I mock the Sirian made vessels but the Kusari ones - a true masterpieces, I dare even say that they are better than nearly all Gallic ones. This is why I asked for the permission to use your Black Dragon Very Heavy Fighter - When beauty meets utility.
I hope I will be found worthy of flying such a vessel - especially when it comes to destroying the druggies, I nearly addicted to killing them, a task I sometimes find hard in my nearly-useless eagle.

Unfortunately your story is as thin as mist and as difficult to get a hold of. You still have not declared your allegiences or what you might do to further the Black Dragon cause, so we see no reason to grant you use of our technology. If you wish to work for the KNF, as you say, then we can only suggest that you join them so that you can legitimately use their ships.

The Hogosha are not in the habit of providing ships to unknown pilots who state that they wish to work for the KNF Bounty Board. You do not declare your affiliation, mercenary or otherwise, as requested, and so this discussion can go no further.
