This is gonna be the first time i lay hands on a Imperator.
But , There no such thing as 'no can do' in my shop so
Lets have a look on the data you uploaded to me:

Uhm. Doesn't seem that bad at all. The most Expensive parts
are the ones from the Bridge , evaluated in ~100 Millions SC
The Hull damage will be Piece of cake. Some new armor Plating.

Can be done , The turret tower however , i'll have to search some
random Junker Scrap Yard for something similar , that will fit the
ship.
So Mister Rorry , For now i'd say 120 millions SC.
Unless you want that Beast Pimped that will be the Initial Price
For bringing that ship back from the dead.

This junker happened to pass by with hes salvager.
He had just scavenged a 'Orca' BHG Gunboat from a fight in the 'Meat Grinder'
And sold it to me:

Its gonna fit perfectly , All it needs a New Paint job.
