Should be in my opinion, breaking the factions RP and all that. But i doubt that someone will get sanctioned for it.

Of all the rules, I'd file that as 1.1, on the basis that a male GC is ooRP.

These are the other most relevant rules. The player's actions are not aligned correctly with their reputation. Rep = GC, and they're all female. Being a male character could be considered an 'action' in this circumstance.
The [GC] could file for FR2 in order to force acceptable roleplay.

While we consist of all-females as a rule, however, we just -might- make an exception here or there if the roleplay behind it is extensive and well done.
