Subject: Intruder in the Alaska System
Dear Fleet Admiral Hale,
I come here to inform you about a certain individual who somehow managed to get into the Alaska System. I found him near the Prison Station „Fairbanks“ and wanted to set an intercept course. Suddenly he asked for docking permission at the Prison Station “Fairbanks”, weirdly the person who is responsible for that granted him the permission, although he obviously doesn’t have near the security level you need to be able to enter the Alaska system.
I don’t want to blame him, as the certain individual seemed to have a hacked reputation sheet. This has to be changed, so he is no longer be able to fly freely through the Alaska System, dock at every station there and not being harmed by the local patrols.
Attached you can find the necessary proofs you might need.

First of all, business of this kind is better sent to the Liberty Navy High Command than just it's head. Regardless, the Fleet Admiral is more often than not doing something of more immediate importance, not that I'm downplaying the importance of what you've highlighted in any way.
Most recognition systems are automatic, so I don't think blame can be leveled at the technician on duty, who may or may not have been there. This pilot, on the other hand, will find himself unwelcome in the Republic of Liberty shortly. There's no excuse for breaching the Zone-21 minefield. If anything, I'd blame the individuals who programmed the systems on the gate... but that's neither here nor there at this point.
This will be dealt with. He may get a shock when he wakes up and enters the Republic again.
