Greetings, I am writing on behalf of Greyhound Passenger Transportation's board of directors. This is regarding our base of operations, the Luxury Liner Shetland.

Since we are already based on the Shetland itself, also noting Greyhound is owned Bretonian Noble House of Curtis, we would like to request full administration of the Luxury Liner Shetland.

The Luxury Liner Shetland, as you know, is not under the jurisdiction of any individual as of yet. As such, we would like to step forward and assume administrative duties on the ship. Naturally, we will take full responsibility of the Shetland. We will supply it, we will administrate it and we will maintain it.

We have selected, through voting, from our board our directors, the person that will be the new administrator of the station. We have chosen Ernst Geisshardt, a member of the board with Rheinland decent. We understand that you may object to the idea of a foreigner being in charge of the Shetland which is located in Bretonia space. However, we assure you that he is formally under the jurisdiction of our company, we will ensure that he complies with Bretonian house rules and regulations. We assure you that Mr. Geisshardt has an commendable record and is qualified to be the administrator the Luxury Liner Shetland.

Allowing us to take up administrative duties on the Shetland would bring good benefits to both parties. Naturally, we would help to micromanage the Shetland, allowing OSC to concentrate on other matters. OSC also need not supply nor maintain the Shetland anymore, Greyhound would take care of those matters.

As such, we hope you would consider our proposal. We hope to obtain a positive reply on this request.

Thank you for your intentions. I have been given this message directed through my Operations Manager Kim Allen as she feels it is more my area to confirm the administration of the base in question. Namely being that I myself am the overall CEO of Orbital Spa and Cruise.

I have looked at your very well spoken message for your intent. I approve the Administration rights to Greyhound Transportation over the Liner Shetland. However, Orbital Spa and Cruise may interdict where required and still holds the rights that it is a Orbital Spa and Cruise Base. Namely this will event to the protection and the supply of the base. Requests towards from Greyhound Transportation for more security patrols or supplies where required will be most appreciated.

I hope that you will keep the Shetland as one of the most beautifall Liners in the largest Corperation that is with in sirius, and that it will continue to flourish as the best destination in Bretonia.
