I am glad to hear your heart has been softened toward our cancelation of the Fuel DA. We were displeased with your reaction and there are a few Guild Masters still fuming about the episode. I am here today to confirm we do not blame Kishiro for the lack of distribution performance, we understand the environment we operate in is due to the Emperor'€™s decisions to promote a monopolizing system around a deteriorating company. Even though we detest how these decisions affect the Kusari people we must ensure our business remains strong to fulfill their energy needs, to do otherwise would cause more harm to Kusari'€™s infrastructure.

On the bright side GMG will still honor the Fuel stimulus package if Kishiro becomes enamored with the opportunity.
In addition, we still hold Kishiro responsible to fulfill your obligation to finish terraforming Planet Miura. We have outlined several development phases at different locations on this planet. We consider Kishiro a key supplier in this endeavor and will work in unison to validate your terraforming technology. Once we reach phase four, culminating a successful application to Miura we will surely have another satellite to terraform.

We look forward to a long and prosperous era as GMG and Kishiro forge new beginnings for our people.
