Seeing as this is a FR3 themed thread already, and you guys are going to take an interest in it, which factions can actually claim? Bowex tried to claim FR3 when the factions rules were first established, and were told that we'd existed for too long to be eligible. Then the LN were granted a CAP8, despite existing since the earliest days of the server as the SA.
Just wanted some official clarification on the matter, is all. Bowex doesn't actually have much use for a CAP8 (and neither does DSE, IC and Gateway, actually), but it's just the principle of the matter.
