Dear Sir/Ma'am

I am unsure if I am transmitting this Message to the right Place, but I wish to report one of your Captains.

Today, as I was undocking from Waterloo at New London I saw something strange. What I saw was a libertonian Capital Ship passing by, escorting a mere Borderworld Transport with filled with Gold. The Siege Cruiser, escorting said Ship was also filled up with Gold. I am only reporting this for the Sake of the libertonian and bretonian Friendship and the Crew of that lost Siege Cruiser. I am sure, if the Armed Forces would've sighted the Ship, far worse would happen.

Please take care of that Ship and its Captain. You will find the Proof below, I only took a Picture of the Ship itself, I scanned it and I am pretty sure it had the right ID on it.
