I've looked through pretty much every folder in My Documents and the game folder, but I can't find a multiplayer folder with my characters anywhere. Plus I've gone and forgotten to save my account id. Urgh.

Just PM few Admins with your chars names and ask them to set char codes so you can move them to new account.

If you download Discovery Launchpad, clicking the "Scan" button before you import any accounts should find your "main" / first account.
