Let me enlighten you Folks.
For a total sum of 30 Millions you can enter this deal with your buddies.
Once the 30 millions has been deposited on the =(The.Gunrunners Account You will be asked to choose 6 (six) Sets of 4 (four) Codenames , These guns will be set in a Depot named =(Gunrunner.0# and they Transport carring the guns will be moved to one of your Staging bases or your choice.
But to perform a trade One must bring 4 (four) codenames of any type ( yes any ) and + 2 millions and it will be to trade with your =(Gunrunner.0# Designated depot , That's it , After Entering the deal all you got do is Bring 4 Codies + 2 Millions and we will trade those 4 codes for any code you choose to select in your Personal Gunrunner Armoury.
In other words: You essentially buy, with 30 million, a ship holding twenty-four guns. You bring four of your own, and for two million we swap your guns out. Guns held in the armory will remain safe, provided you don't piss us off.

I'd like some clarification as to exactly what it is that you are offering. Having read carefully through your offer it seems to me that in reality you are offering your customers the opportunity to "borrow" prototype weapons?
The initial upfront charge of 30 million is simply to join the scheme, and thereafter there is an Admin charge, as it were, to change any weapons?
It seems to me that at no point do we own the weapons. The 30 million gets us access to them under certain strict conditions. In addition to this, and assuming I have understood correctly, if you are upset by your customer then you withdraw access to the codes without notice and without the offer of any compensation.
I'd point out that the first time we upset you would probably be as a result of impounding your ship and simply taking the weapons but I am sure you have already considered this.
With regard to your supplimentary offer of other goods I may be interested in some good quality alchohol. It seems my more usual source has recently had his ship impounded somewhere in Bretonnia.

In truth, as well thought out an enterprise as your offer appears to be, one of the benefits of being an Elder is that I tend to know the right people such that I don't really have a requirement for any prototype weapons that I have to pay for.
I do however have an interest in some fine alcoholic beverages that I'd like to perhaps discuss with you? My regular bar does not always have a wide selection of good quality beverages, although I suspect that has as much to do with the somewhat boisterous behaviour of the bars not so 'classy' patrons as it does with anything else.
