Do peeps basically treat this like Single Player? - joojoo1975 - 11-18-2011 Greets Been on 4.85 for a minute. Noticing that the server is usually like 30 to over a 100 at any giving time. Also noticing, that majority of the peeps are non guilded(from what i can tell) I have RP'd with les than 5 pilots since i been back to Disc, and only 1 of them did we bounce around the ports and stations making a buck or two together, we had a blast. Now I don't wanna make this a bawww baww QQ thread. but rather, to those who are guildless, do you play Multiplayer as a single player campaign/game. If so, Why? As for me, of the times I remember Disc, it's been about the RP. the RP is what makes this game over the top for me. But tryin to find a group of folks in my time schedule who are like minded as I. . . Well on that, i'm still searching. It'd be quicker for one thing. So no, not all "guildless" players are antisocial freaks. However, a small number of player factions elect not to use a tag. 3) You could treat the server like singleplayer insofar as you can undertake the same actions, within the rules and guidelines of the server. You should assume that any action taken by a player on the server is done so totally within Roleplay, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Taking missions is as much a roleplay action as shooting another player. Finding people in the same time zone can be challenging. It may be worth asking some of the larger official factions about when their players are usually online. Basically, name ID =/= role play. I had put in apps in Liberty, Kusari, and borderworld Factions yesterday morning and now I play the waiting game. not to mention it appears to me that only thing active in the faction threads are pirates and Navy type Factions. Have all the Lawful Hauling Factions basically taken a break? Only time will tell. This is useful for keeping track of who is doing what, as well. |
