Docking bug - Tachyon - 11-19-2011
I recently encountered a bug, where a station (Cochrane Depot in my case) tells you to wait until you are able to dock, because of NPC having the station busy. Thing is, there was not a single NPC flying around, docking or undocking form the station.
After flying away from it (14k or so) and back everything was fine, though.

This happens with Kreuzburg and Yangi from time to time as well.
