Near as I can tell, only the junkers in Gallia offer any bribes. Unfortunately my BH is rephacked negative with junkers. Will this be changed in 4.86

Council offer bribes too, unfortunately to the Council only.
At any rate, you can first rep the character and then mount the BH ID

I dunno why other stations don't have bribes, maybe the Devs just didn't get around to it. Doesn't really matter, its easy to get around.

Easy, pick a council bribe, and the rest of gallic bribes will change too, using that as a basis, some missions there and there and you're ready

Eh, solving the wrong problem... I'm just saying there should be more than junker bases offering the bribes with 4.86. With the war spilling over to the main houses (yes?), limited bribe spots will be a problem for all, given the large number of corps and such that are hostile to junkers
